Best Choice Products, also known as Sky Billiards, Inc., was founded on October of 2002. Our company began its course selling pool tables, but in order for our business to expand we needed to be more diverse with our products. That motivated us to expand by selling musical instruments and patio furniture. Now Best Choice Products has a wide range of products that will fulfill all of our customers’ needs from children items, pet products, to everyday household items and much more. Best Choice Products ensures to have the best products at the lowest prices by dealing directly with the manufacturers to sell products straight to you. We also pride ourselves on having fulfillment centers in both California and Indiana to help provide our customers with fast free shipping. Tax Policy
Sales tax of 8.0% will be charged to all customers whose items are shipped within the state of California.
Free Standard Shipping on all items. All orders ship out same day if payment is received by 12:00 P.M Pacific Standard Time. All orders are shipped out via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home. Transit time is 1-5 business days varying on customer’s location to fulfillment center. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to customer once order is shipped. We only ship to the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Boxes.
All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt. All returned items will receive a full refund and will not be charged a restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative (909) 948-8400. All returns will be shipped back to a Best Choice Products Return Center at customer's expense. We will send a pre-paid shipping return label via email if the return is a result of our error. A valid RA form must be put in box before shipping back. Items received without an RA form may not be accepted or may increase your processing time. Once an item has been received back in our warehouse all refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days. Replacement or Refund of Defective or Damaged Item Defective or Damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method. Defective products may only be returned within 60 days of receipt. If an item is received damaged customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receipt. All defective and damaged items require an RA (Return Authorization) number which will be given by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative (909) 948-8400. It is at the company's discretion whether the item be sent back to a Best Choice Products Return Center. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective or damaged, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
